How we help
New cars are not always perfect. Paint touch-ups, mismatched panels, old tyres, missing accessories or a high odometer reading are easy to miss in the excitement of delivery day — and much harder to fix once you have signed.
Before you accept the car, we inspect it carefully in good light: paint and panel gaps, tyres and their manufacturing dates, lights and electricals, fluids, documents and the VIN, and the odometer. You get a written list of anything to fix, while it is still the dealer’s responsibility.
